Rosa Cross Bio by Dualmask Rosa Cross Bio by Dualmask
Another one of the peripheral WCL characters, she kind of bridges the gap between the competitors and the General, and serves as supporting cast. Her role in the story starts out minor and becomes increasingly important as the drama unfolds.

More legible text would be divine.

Most folks seem to be able to read it fine. I've gotten almost no complaints about the text up to this point...can't please everyone. :shrug:

So she can't equip her own weapon. Nice. I am fully intrigued as to why.

I think I need to start writing the handle as 'W.E.A.P.O.N.' lest people get confused. ^^;

As for Rosa, the reasons are related to the very nature of the suits and their long term effects on the human body...a subject to be fully delved into in the future.

Makes me think of one of the Gundam series. They were normal humans and later evolved superpowers to cope with the stress of being a pilot. You've already set up a future series!

You're right on the money! Though the idea isn't fully fleshed out yet, that's kind of the direction I'm leaning in for the future of WCL. But I need to get the first story fully told first. Still researching the best way for me to do that.

Sounds like you second gen characters can play in my world. Looking forward to seeing it all unfold.

"Bridging" is always important in a story, so it's good to see all the extra effort you've put into making sure that this vital task is taken care of. Design-wise, I like how the metal parts of her uniform catch the eye, but also keep it fairly straightforward a design (so that it doesn't clash with the bodysuit designs of the competitors, but still stands out).

Thanks! It was something I recognized early on when I was writing the story; there needed to be a connecting presence, someone that wasn't either a full-on competitor but not a high-ranking military officer either. I literally made her up as I was writing the chapter she first appears in.
