Inked and shaded that Dualmask sketch from last night at work today with my markers. I really like how it turned out.

HB lead, Microns, Copic Multiliner and Warm/Cool gray Sketch markers on 8.5x11" cardstock paper.

Maybe my one medium is every medium...I just can't stop jumping around...

Nice clean color work! You've got a good eye for tones and shading, but turning that into solid results with traditional materials can be tricky. I think you pulled it off well. The way you've enhanced the inks on his upper torso with your tones, for example, is great.

Thanks a lot! I figure whether I'm using traditional art or digital, there's one main way I like to color and applying the same approach to markers worked out nicely.

Thanks, Barry! This one is definitely my crowning achievement with markers to date. But I still have a long way to go.

Sweet! I like the simplicity of the design. It works.
You'll get people comparing your stuff to other things they know, I shouldn't worry too much about that and do what you want to do. Practically everything is comparable to something.

Looks like a cool character. I'd read it. :-)
